Terms of Use
By using Halkora you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
Service
Halkora is an app where groups of friends set up shared challenges, check in daily and track progress together. We provide the service "as is"; we do not guarantee it will run uninterrupted or error-free.
Age
You must be at least 13 years old to use Halkora.
Account
The app can be used with guest sign-in. You can secure your account by signing in with Apple. You are responsible for the security of your account and device.
About stakes
Stakes in Halkora are friendly, symbolic outcomes agreed between circle members (e.g. buying coffee). Halkora does not organize, broker, collect or enforce stakes; it is not gambling and may not be used as such. Halkora cannot be held responsible for agreements between members.
Content and conduct
In-circle messages and challenge content belong to you; you grant us a limited license to host them. You may not share unlawful, harassing, hateful content or content that infringes others' rights. In case of violation we may suspend or close your account.
Halkora Pro (subscription)
- Halkora Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly ([AYLIK_FIYAT]) or yearly ([YILLIK_FIYAT]), charged through your App Store account.
- The subscription auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal fee is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- Cancellation: iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. You must cancel, not delete; deleting the app does not stop the subscription.
- Refunds are subject to Apple's policies and are requested through Apple.
- Any unused trial period is forfeited when you move to a paid subscription.
- Apple's standard end user license agreement (EULA) applies: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula
Termination
You can delete your account any time. If you violate the terms, we reserve the right to terminate the service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Halkora is not liable for indirect damages, and its total liability is limited to the amount you paid Halkora in the last 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of [ŞEHİR] have jurisdiction over disputes.
